The name of our weaving co op is Awaymi Kausay which means "Weaving is Life ''. We work with the most humble weavers from the mountain communities of Pisaq.

Our items are hand woven with natural dyes and with the traditional insignias of their community.

Our weavers have always recieved 100% of the selling price. As we are now moving our store online, this is the new breakdown of the price of our items. We are roughly doubling the in-store local price so that the weaver continues to receive 100% of the selling price as always, and our organization receives 100% as well to be able to continue functioning and offering this and many other services and projects to the local communities.

Your purchase of these products supports the local weaving families as well as the communities as a whole.
