(Note: this and all of these Transmissions are shared so you can see and know our perspectives over time, to get to know us better. Over the years all of this has evolved, and continues to, as it organically, gradually manifests into the present moment.)
This post explains the evolution of what has come in regard to levels of interface and connectivity; how people can dial-in deeper and closer with what we are doing. This is only for people who have more interest or curiosity about this groundbreaking model of Spiritual Community that we are creating here in the Sacred Valley of Peru.
I have waited a long time to write this.
If you want to know where this ship is headed,
this post will make that pretty clear!
It’s one of those moments where I know I am not quite ready but I have to write this regardless. It’s time.
This is a big overview of our vision!
The following is the first time ever I have shared this level of overall download in regard to what we are now growing into, where we are going, and how it all fits together.
This is just a rough initial preview of our soon-to-be organizational structure.
Full details will be rolled out gradually here over the weeks ahead,
and later in a new website.
Amistad Sagrada.
This is the foundation of our work. It is our non-profit service work here in Pisaq and the Mountain Communities. We have been functioning for almost 7 years in Pisaq, and we are now going through a major evolution.
(Please see our timeline for information on our journey over these years).
One of the main points of having our new location is to have a base from which to design and implement awesome new projects in the Mountain Communities in 2017 and beyond.
Embrace Peru
This is the soon-to-be created business entity that will hold all of the products and services within our economic model.
Some of these will include a natural products line, tourism, a natural healing spa, and much more.
Embrace Peru is the consortium of “on the ground” (here in Peru) businesses.
Profit earned from the various services, products and sub-brands of Embrace Peru will go toward financial sustainability in the following areas:
* Our Non-Profit Service Projects in the Indigenous Mountain Communities of the Sacred Valley.
This part of the model is designed to:
1) have a fully sustaining system that does not rely on donations to not create our Model Cultural Recuperation Project in an ever growing number of Indigenous Communities.
2) Create a “community within the community” here in Pisaq. To create a nourishing environment that fulfills many of our own needs of purpose, service, healing, and opportunities to truly engage with others on the same path.
3) To communicate a new vision; simple but so profound, and most importantly one that we can live and blossom in, one that will be a model that can be replicated, and that will inspire others worldwide.
* The maintenance of our infrastructure, allowing us to sustain healthy, high-value driven businesses.
* Dividends for our Community Members. (These will be the small core group who are 100% devoted to manifesting this vision and live and work here with us full time.)
* Expansion of the “real estate” of Embrace Peru, in the form of acquiring more, or expanding current businesses.
(The idea is that a “mutual fund” of businesses will create the most solid, abundant and sustainable platform that will “fuel the vision” into perpetuity.)
* Building out an Andean Transformational Healing Spa, which will be an ongoing source of revenue as well as much needed deep healing for ourselves and all friends who will be connected with us, travelers, expats and locals alike.
* The acquiring of land for the Ashram.
The Ashram will be the base of activity, where the cottage industries, yoga and spiritual practices, and healing modalities will all be practiced, within the context of the vision.
That context, in a nutshell, is that we do our healing and practices, not only so that we can feel better and better ourselves, but that we are happy, healthy, strong, vibrant, and learning and sharing exciting relevant skill sets, all with the purpose of being able to be of service.
We want to create highly functional teams within our community to be able to effect phenomenal quality, joy, effectiveness, professionalism, and expediency in our purpose, which is to uplift, empower and support our local friends, who are one generation away from losing an entire indigenous culture.
* Whether short or midterm volunteer, or long term resident,
each person will have a very comfortable adobe structure to live in.
* The Ashram will also house all of the cottage industries, creation of products etc.
Ok, check this out you guys. This is not going to be like anything you have ever seen before. Many of the people who will be working in our cottage industries will be local people.
This will truly be an international community, with people participating from all over the world. Yet the majority of those who will actually be working in the businesses will be local people.
The International Community will come to do service in the Ashram, or participate in any of the levels outlined in this two part update.
It’s going to be many local people in our cottage industries working with us. They will live in their own homes and come to work in the Ashram.
International friends who come forward to participate fully in manifesting this vision could come and live in the Ashram; have a little adobe’ home, incredible healthy food, natural medical, healing modalities, yoga, workshops, and so much more, ongoing.
After 9 months of doing service in the Ashram someone could apply to become a resident. This is to ensure there is a full understanding and resonance of not just the vision, but also the on-the-ground reality, and that it is a mutual fit. 9 months will give a good sense for everyone, though more than likely everyone will know long before then.
(There would be a quality entry process, application, etc.)
Residents would, in addition to getting everything abundantly taken care of in regard to virtually all needs, also get a dividend from Embrace Peru.
This dividend would not be like a wage, but more like a share in the profits of the consortium of businesses within Embrace Peru. It is designed to give community members a solid and long term income for their additional personal needs, including yearly visits back to their home countries etc.
As Embrace Peru grows, this dividend for members will grow. This will be designed so those who are completely devoted to manifesting this vision and are a full part of the Community, a big commitment, will have some equity. It is designed to reward those who are devoted to the years it will take to build the vision out and, who stay within the community.
This also, importantly, breaks any kind of dependency, by creating economic sustainability within the lives of the Residents of our Community.
These will be the (initially) 8-12 Core Team (Families, Couples or Single), working with me in different levels, to make this happen.
Simultaneously other levels of community will organically gather, to participate in this special event; a unique manifestation of a dream we have all had for community, service, healing and higher purpose.
Creating our legacy together.
Serving the world in a practical way, based on years of reflection and experience, and participating in an exciting experiment together; manifesting a new, exciting and practical vision on planet earth. One that could quietly yet very positively impact the lives of an entire culture here in the Sacred Valley, while transforming our own at the same time.
It is an active and interactive system, and our energy feeds it with our time, skill and care. This entire vision for community is meant to create a very abundant and rich life, yet simple, natural, close to the earth, and with an amazing shared purpose.
We would also have a “mirror” piece of land in the Upper Jungle Tropical Sanctuary. You could think of it as a vacation home. Also that is where all the organic fruit production will take place, so people or families could go there and spend time in the warmer tropical climate, while maintaining their work within Embrace Peru.
******************************************
I have fantasized about biodiesel vans, trucks and buses going back and forth from our Sacred Valley and Jungle Land, with tons of fresh mangos, papayas, bananas, cocoa, and so much more, all the time. Sharing our harvests with the Mountain Communities of the Sacred Valley, as they don’t eat nearly enough fruit here.
Residents (not volunteers, even mid or long term) in our Community would be Shareholders and Participants in the Energy Bank of Embrace Peru.
A portion, a % of the profits of Embrace Peru, would be equally divided among Community Members.
Apart from having their comfortable natural homes, all the best food, medicines, yoga, healing work, events, etc. available, they will get dividends that will grow as Embrace Peru grows.
As long as someone is within the Community as a resident they would have all their needs met healthily and abundantly, and get a financial dividend through their participation in the Energy Bank.
They would in effect be part owners in Embrace Peru.
A certain amount of hours weekly would be given in service, in some form. This could be an ever growing selection of possibilities, from working in one or various cottage industries, to drying fruit in the jungle, to online or store work, watching children, cooking, farming, harvesting, clothes making, healing work, food or medicine production etc.
Householders within the Eco-Villages also could equally participate in the Energy Bank, which affords not only a portfolio of businesses creating great solidity, but also the joy of working with other Community Members in various projects/work sites, etc.
Visitors staying for any length of time and participating with us, would jump right in! Weather it’s making chocolates, kombucha, raw food treats, granola or trail mix, sprouts or fruit salad, or harvesting duck, chicken or turkey eggs, or harvesting the latest veggie crops, there will be so much going on.
And then relaxing with hot tubs, sauna, yoga, music and chanting, the best food, stories and deep sleep under the Andes, only to rise again for another day of joy, community, communion, healing and service.
*******************************************
Residents would get residency in Peru with a work Visa, and be full participants in both giving and receiving as the vision flowered. Initially, we are starting with very little, yet so much.
So though the full vision is in initial stages of manifestation, there is a lot behind it, supporting it, and 7 years of solid track record and connectivity here in Pisaq to nurture and grow it.
We also have some key infrastructure already in place.
Residents will in service to all of our local friends, through the maintenance of all the levels of functionality of Embrace Peru. This will automatically be in service to the projects of Amistad Sagrada, as a large portion of the profits will be going directly there.
Residents will also be in service to the endless stream of visitors, travelers, tourists, workshop/retreat/spa participants, volunteers, staff, etc. and all who will be connecting with us in various ways.
There will be many exciting ways for folks of all kinds to visit, meet us, jump in on a work project, heal themselves on a profound new level, within an exciting new context, and to remember the joys of spiritual community.
We are here for you! We are here to serve our local friends, and to serve our international friends as well. We will do this by creating the infrastructure for these words, for these inspirations and ideas, to come to life, so you can know this most sacred gift we have found.
Something wonderful is ready to be born on this earth, and we are committed to making it happen, for the good of all beings.
Full residency in our Community will be for those who are devoted totally to this vision and do not have other agendas, distractions or plans, but fully want to live their life in this Community and do their part to manifest this vision as it has come and is coming through.

I wish to show some thanks to this writer just for bailing me out of this particular trouble. As a result of researching through the world wide web and seeing techniques which were not helpful, I was thinking my life was well over. Being alive without the presence of solutions to the difficulties you have resolved through this write-up is a crucial case, and the kind that would have in a wrong way affected my entire career if I had not discovered your website. Your own personal capability and kindness in touching all the details was invaluable. I’m not sure what I would’ve done if I had not come across such a subject like this. It’s possible to now look ahead to my future. Thanks very much for your high quality and sensible guide. I won’t hesitate to endorse your web sites to any person who would like direction about this subject matter.

I抦 impressed, I have to say. Really hardly ever do I encounter a weblog that抯 each educative and entertaining, and let me let you know, you’ve got hit the nail on the head. Your thought is excellent; the difficulty is one thing that not enough people are speaking intelligently about. I am very pleased that I stumbled throughout this in my search for something referring to this.

  6. {When wearing sheer clothes, make sure the sheer parts are in the right areas. You never want to wear something that is see-through in your private areas, as this gives off the appearance of being trashy and not classy at all.
